Performance and Harmony, the environmental impact of PHCom

The environmental impact of a professional activity such as business-to-business prospecting starts with people, each individual, and leads to the company.

The two are intrinsically linked, and if a man or woman builds the company, the company must also contribute to building the man (or woman).

When we speak of performance, it concerns both the former and the latter, the same goes for harmony.

Two axes are defined to ensure a good balance within our organization. The first focuses on the relationships workers can have between themselves, within the company or externally, with clients.

The second axis is to utilize PHCom's expertise for companies that favorably impact our humanity in terms of ecological footprint, public health, living together, mobility, climate, ...


Within the internal organization

PHCom's strategy is to optimize the resources deployed to produce its services with the least possible environmental impacts:
Intensive teleworking since 2003
Abandonment of our offices for integration into a business center focused on "sustainable innovation"
Development of a management application limiting IT server usage as much as possible and fully dematerialized (0 paper policy)

We recruit people of all origins and ages, including retirees, to have diversity within teams. We recruit less able-bodied people if possible.

We communicate on good mental and physical health practices and organize regular meetings and training in this regard.

There is a fitness room in our offices.
The dinner events are organic and fruity.


Eco-responsible clients in sustainable development

Companies are the key players to meet the major challenges related to the future of our planet.

In view of the current ecological and social challenges, PHCom acts with the following will: that companies oriented towards sustainable development represent at least 50% of our activity.

We hope that this will positively impact our humanity in terms of ecological footprint, public health, living together, mobility, climate, ...

As entrepreneurs, let us support each other for a positive and peaceful future for our planet.

PHCom supports companies, people and the planet to grow in balance and to prosper. Concretely, here are some actions that are part of our services:

  • Providing practical training (in sales but also communication or management) to generate real changes and concrete implementations
  • Providing a collaborative database aimed at companies and decision makers, where every user adds and uses community data.
  • Sharing experiences: since 1996, a thousand companies have benefited from our expertise (which has been enriched)
    Connecting the right people who can carry joint projects

Here are some examples of PHCom clients contributing to a peaceful future for our planet:

  • Geolocation to reduce kilometers traveled and car consumption
  • Reorganization of human resources to reduce absenteeism, stress, burnout … and promote worker well-being
  • Development of measuring equipment in industry to reduce losses and breakdowns
  • Analysis and implementation of measures to reduce CO2 emissions
  • Installation of solar panels to produce clean electricity
  • Local delivery services with soft mobility
  • Communication and language mastery so people can work better together
  • Employment of students to provide learning opportunities in companies
  • Sponsorship of NGOs active in children's education
  • Assistance to elderly people in their autonomy
  • Production and distribution of green electricity to avoid the use of oil, gas or nuclear power

These are all themes carried by companies that PHCom has supported at the level of their commercial organization.

Our reflection: with external expertise, companies spend less precious energy (human time!) to achieve their goals.

And when these companies can contribute to the well-being of the planet, it concerns us!
