At PHCom, we are convinced that a high-performing company can no longer think about growth without also considering its impact. Commercial efficiency, innovation and human development must now go hand in hand with a responsible, coherent and sustainable approach.

With this in mind, we are pleased to announce that the Transforma site of PH Commercial Services has obtained the 2-star Ecodynamic Company label, awarded on 27 February 2026.

This recognition highlights a belief that has long been part of the way we work: an organisation’s performance is built not only on the quality of its results, but also on the attention it gives to its practices, its teams and its environment.

The environmental impact of a professional activity is not limited to its processes or tools. It also originates in daily choices, in company culture and in the way people work together.

At PHCom, we see people and business as deeply connected. Women and men build the company, but the company must also help create a healthier, more balanced and more sustainable working environment.

Our vision is built around two complementary pillars. The first concerns our internal organisation, the way we work and the relationships we develop within the company and with our clients. The second is about putting our expertise at the service of businesses that have a positive impact on society, whether in terms of ecological footprint, public health, mobility, climate or living together.


An internal organisation designed to reduce our impact

PHCom’s strategy is to optimise the resources mobilised to deliver its services by systematically seeking solutions that are more efficient, more streamlined and more sustainable.

Among the concrete actions we have implemented:
intensive remote work since 2003, in order to reduce travel and encourage more flexible ways of working;
the integration of our activities into a business centre focused on sustainable innovation;
the development of paperless management tools, with the objective of reducing paper use and unnecessary resource consumption as much as possible.

We also pay particular attention to the diversity of profiles within our teams, valuing different backgrounds, ages and experiences. Whenever possible, we also strive to promote inclusion.

We communicate about good practices related to mental and physical health and regularly organise moments for exchange, awareness and training on these topics.

Our working environment is designed to support everyday well-being, with spaces and initiatives that encourage balance, conviviality and a better quality of life at work.

The achievement of the 2-star Ecodynamic Company label for our Transforma site is fully in line with this approach. It recognises the efforts made to embed our activities in a dynamic of continuous improvement in terms of environment and sustainability.


Putting our expertise at the service of businesses with a positive impact

Businesses are key players in addressing the major challenges of our time. Faced with today’s ecological and social issues, PHCom aims to support organisations that make a concrete contribution to a more sustainable future.

Here are a few examples of themes championed by companies supported by PHCom in the development of their commercial organisation:

  • geolocation to reduce the number of kilometres travelled and lower car consumption;
  • the reorganisation of human resources to reduce absenteeism, stress and burnout while promoting employee well-being;
  • the development of measuring equipment in industry to reduce losses and breakdowns;
  • the analysis and implementation of means to reduce CO2 emissions;
  • the installation of solar panels to produce cleaner electricity;
  • local delivery services using soft mobility;
  • communication and language skills to help people work better together;
  • the employment of students to create learning opportunities within companies;
  • support for NGOs active in children’s education;
  • support for elderly people in maintaining their independence;
  • the production and distribution of green electricity to limit the use of fossil energy;
  • and, more broadly, all initiatives that contribute to a more responsible, supportive and sustainable society.

These are all themes carried forward by companies that PHCom has had the opportunity to support in their commercial development.

Our conviction is simple: with relevant external expertise, companies spend less precious energy — especially human time — to achieve their objectives.

And when those objectives can also contribute to the well-being of the planet and society, that matters to us all the more.
